Chef Jeff Auld and Jarred Tosto are bringing a new 3,000-square-foot steak and sushi concept to the River Oaks community. Haii Keii will be an Asian-inspired restaurant that will bring together the flavors of Peking duck, the artistry of sushi, and Wagyu beef.

Auld was the previous owner of Pearl's House, a popular Houston food truck. Tosto previously served under world-renowned chef Wolfgang Puck at Cut Steakhouse and Mastro's in California.

According to a news release from March 27, diners can expect the Haii Kaii menu to include items that combine traditional Chinese delicacies with Japanese-style sushi craftsmanship.
