A new location of the drive-thru health food concept Salad and Go is now open on Durham Drive in the Garden Oaks area, just outside of Houston's Inner Loop.

With 14 locations in Greater Houston, the chain offers made-to-order salads, wraps, breakfast burritos and bowls as well as coffee. Food served at Salad and Go is made without additives, stabilizers or preservatives.

To celebrate the opening of the new Garden Oaks location, officials will donate 580 fresh salads to the nonprofit Joseph House Community Outreach Center's food pantry.
