Mama's Texas Smokehouse

Bar-A-BBQ opened in March in Montgomery. The eatery serves traditional barbecue dishes, such as brisket, pork ribs and pulled pork. The business also serves handcrafted sausage, cowboy pinto beans and banana pudding.

FireCraft BBQ

The barbecue joint offers a variety of naturally seasoned and cured meats that are slow smoked and roasted over Texas hardwoods. FireCraft BBQ owner David Welch said the restaurant, which has been operating as a food trailer since 2017, also offers catering services.

Killen's Barbecue

The barbecue joint serves brisket, ribs, pulled pork, sausage and turkey available by the pound or on plates and sandwiches. The menu also features baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, creamed corn, french fries, and onion rings. Desserts, such as banana pudding, bread pudding, carrot cake and cheesecake, are also available.
