Fall groundbreaking set for new luxury mid-rise in River Oaks

Real estate developer the Randall Davis Company announced the opening May 16 of an on-site sales gallery, showing prospective buyers future elements of River Oaks’ newest luxury mid-rise, London House, at 2323 San Felipe St., Houston. A groundbreaking is set to take place this fall.

According to a May 16 press release, the developer wanted to achieve a smaller, exclusive community. The 12-story project will have 23 units—19 standard residences and four penthouses.

Residents will have direct elevator access and the opportunity to choose from one of the 14 private garages within a four-story garage, according to the release. The private garages come with storage and charging station capability.

According to a fact sheet on the project, London House will offer a variety of amenities, including gas fireplaces, availability of outdoor kitchens on the terraces, a dog run and washing station, storage rooms and trash chutes on each floor.

With COVID-19 in mind, health sensitivities were built into amenities, too, such as touchless toilets and faucets, germ-free handles in powder baths and sanitizing lights in kitchen drawers, the release said.

Standard units are starting at $1.5 million and include two options: a three-bedroom unit with 2.5 bathrooms or a three-bedroom unit with three bathrooms. Penthouse units feature three bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms at a starting price around $3.8 million. A flex room is available for some penthouse floor plans, according to the release.
