The Community Improvement Award recognizes projects that "preserve, maintain, or improve the overall living experience in the Heights," according to an announcement from the HHA.
Projects must have been completed between 2018 and 2020 within the boundaries set by the association, with I-610 forming the northern border, North Durham Drive the west, Washington Avenue the south, Studewood the east and North Main the northeast.
The award categories are Commercial New Construction, Commercial Renovation, Residential New Construction and Residential Renovation.
Nominations can be submitted online. The deadline is Jan. 22.
