The midrise will bring 33 luxury residences ranging from 1,560 to 1,800 square feet, with pricing starting at $960,000. The development also includes four larger penthouses starting at $1.6 million.
The project was expected to take around 20 months to build, according to a news release.
The project's sales center opened in August at 2323 W. Main St., with sales handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
Upper Kirby has another seven-story midrise in development, the Giorgetti, which broke ground in May 2018 and is slated for move-ins this year.
