The Plant Project
Originally located in the Montrose Collective, the store opened at its new home in late June. According to the release, The Plant Project is considered Texas' first Black woman-owned plant shop. At M-K-T, it will serve as a botanical boutique with an extensive collection of plants, a curated selection of botanicals, sustainable gardening products and thoughtfully designed planters. The shop will also sell vintage items and home decor inspired by nature.

The handcrafted jewelry brand, which launched in 2022, is anticipated to open at M-K-T in September. The company specializes in handcrafted 18K gold-plated pieces featuring crystals, pearls and mixed metals. Items include earrings, necklaces, rings and bracelets. The new business will be located in Building 1 across from Hi, Skin and LoveSac. The M-K-T location is the company's first brick and mortar.

The popular retailer of yoga wear opened in the shopping center in early June. The clothing store currently occupies suite 100 in Building 1 next to Buckle Bunny Hats and La La Land Cafe. However, according to the release, the store will be transferred to a larger permanent space in the end of Building 4 by 2026. The brand sells athletic wear, lifestyle apparel, accessories and personal care products.

MYX Blend Bar within M-K-T has recently relocated from its temporary space in Building 1 to Building 4, across from Ray-Ban. The cosmetics store allows customers to craft their own custom lipstick shades.
