Looking for a libation?
Berwick's Bird of Paradise is the latest project from Robin Berwick, who also owns Montrose's Double Trouble.
The new bar brings a tropical-inspired cocktail menu with drinks such as:
- Rye Tai: Old Overholt Rye Whiskey, Ferrand 1840 Cognac, Pierre Ferrand Yuzu Curaccao with lime, mint, orgeat and crushed ice
- Crocodile Tears Martini: Grey Goose Citron, Condesa Clasica GIn, Noilly Prat Extra Dry, Strange Water natural coconut water, sea salt and black lemon bitters
- Golden Majito: Planteray Three Star, crushed mint, lime, seltzer, splash of pineapple juice and crushed ice
- Royal Hawaiian: Citadelle Gin, Green Earth cold-pressed pineapple, lemon and orgeat
