Plume officially opened its door in the Urban Office-West Heights redevelopment. The newest cocktail bar concept in Houston includes tapas-style bites, an art deco-inspired interior and dynamic drinking options.

The cocktail menu features house creations such as the chili kissed avocado margarita, a classic margarita made with chili-oil-washed tequila and avocado cordial with a rim of chamoy and spicy salt; and the "Rich and Dirty," a luxury twist on the classic dirty martini that features Kastra Elion vodka, extra virgin vermouth and house made olive brine.

Classic cocktails are also available for purchase, including espresso martinis, negronis and palomas.

A tapas-style menu accompanies the drink options, featuring small bite items such as meatballs in chipotle ragout, bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with stilton and an oversize chocolate cookie.

Plume is named for an ornamental arrangement of feathers and is the first project from Golden Ratio Hospitality Group.
