Baylor Medicine officials will open a new primary care clinic at the Forum San Felipe shopping center just west of Houston's Tanglewood neighborhood.

The location is already home to a Baylor orthopedics and sports medicine specialty team, who will be joined by four primary care physicians who specialize in a variety of health care needs, according to a news release. Together they will offer comprehensive, primary care for adults at the San Felipe clinic location.

Dr. Joslyn Fisher, Baylor's chief of general internal medicine, said in a news release that all patients can expect to receive personalized medical care built around what makes them unique.

"Adding general medicine to this location will help patients in the area have convenient access to care with physicians that are nationally recognized and focused on delivering compassionate, innovative, evidence-based care," Fisher said.
