Located at 3905 Washington Ave., Houston, the new venue follows in the foot steps of its Heights counterpart, according to a Jan. 17 press release.
The layout of the new venue includes four separate buildings connected by a courtyard in the middle, similar to the Heights location. Each building hosts a different beverage program, including specialty cocktails, beer and wine, coffee and tea drinks. The cocktail bar building features a 36-foot-long bar.
Bayou Heights offers 74 types of craft beer and 16 wines in addition to specialty libations and coffees. A cocktail menu ranges from “refreshing and balanced” to "fruity and sweet" to "spirit forward," among other categories.
Syrups are made and ice is cut on-site for cocktails at Bayou Heights and for other Kirby Group concepts, according to the release.
A food menu offers options such as housemade pretzels, sandwiches and smoked pulled pork. Brunch is offered on weekends.
