According to the report, here is how RCLCO ranked the communities:
- Sunterra in Katy tied for 4th
- Tamarron in Katy 9th
- Anniston in Katy 11th
- Bridgeland in Cypress 14th
- Meridiana in Rosharon 25th
- Tavola in New Caney tied for 31st
- Sienna in Missouri City 36th
- Elyson in Kay tied for 37th
- Cypress Green in Cypress 47th

Across the board, sales are down when compared to last year. Sunterra and Tavola in New Caney saw the most loss among Houston communities, both having over 30% less sales than the previous year.
The exception is Cypress Green, which saw a 172% jump in sales, going from 71 in 2024 to 193 sales so far this year.
