Howard Hughes officials announced in a June 24 news release that a new home builder is joining the Creekland Village area of Bridgeland.
What we know
Empire Homes will be developing a series of one- and two-story homes ranging from approximately 1,500 to 2,800 square feet in Creekland Village starting in the mid-$300,000 price range, officials announced.
“Bridgeland offers the kind of long-term planning, natural beauty and everyday convenience that resonates with today’s homebuyers,” Empire Homes Division President Tracy Brown said. “We are excited to bring new homes to Creekland Village that expand access to this community for both entry-level and move-up buyers.”
Creekland Village is a 2,300-acre development in the Bridgeland area, a master-planned community by Howard Hughes Communities. According to Howard Hughes officials, the Creekland Village area is expected to reach build-out by 2030.

Looking forward
Per the news release, construction on the new homes will start over the summer, with a grand opening of model homes occurring in the fall.
