Located at 20819 Tuckerton Road, Cypress, the medical building will house emergency services, primary care, pediatrics and sports medicine, per an Aug. 19 news release.
Bridgeland announced the new facility in March, which is expected to drive the development of approximately 1 million square feet of medical space within the master-planned community, according to past Community Impact reporting.
“Memorial Hermann’s priority has always been to serve our growing population with the quality care they have come to expect from us,” Kyle Price, senior vice president of service lines at Memorial Hermann Health System, said in the release. “It’s our pleasure that we can offer care to expanding communities like Bridgeland that can benefit the entire family while also being convenient and close to home.”
The office is expected to open in the summer of 2026.
