The real estate developer purchased the land last June, and the project known as The Reserve at Cypress is slated to open in January 2023. One-, two- and three-bedroom floor plan options average 964 square feet, officials said, and units will feature wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and full-size washers and dryers.
Community amenities will include a resort-style pool; outdoor dining areas; and a clubhouse with a fitness center, a social area and a golf simulator.
“We are excited to break ground on this development and to bring new housing to this quickly growing area,” D’Agostino Cos. principal Bryan D’Agostino said in a statement. “As Houston continues to expand outwards, multifamily developments such as The Reserve at Cypress are important to accommodate the city’s growing population.”
