A grand opening is set to take place for a new 45,000-square-foot Dick's Sporting Goods location Oct. 23-25 in the Copperfield Marketplace at 16343 FM 529, Houston, near Sommerall Drive.

The chain sporting goods store offers athletic and outdoor apparel; footwear; gear for team sports, including football and baseball and golf; and fitness equipment.


As part of the celebration, shoppers can download a coupon to save $10 off any purchase of $25 or more. The celebration will also include prize giveaways, including a grand prize valued at $1,000. 281-656-4028. www.dickssportinggoods.com
