Officials with Frost have announced that Blackhorse Financial Center opened Sept. 14 at 13201 Fry Road, Cypress. The lobby is currently open by appointment only, but the site’s ATM operates from 6 a.m.-midnight daily.

Frost offers financial services for consumers and businesses and operates 51 financial centers in the Greater Houston area. There are plans to open six additional locations in the coming months, officials said.
