The Howard Hughes Corp. announced in an Oct. 25 news release.
Pre-sales have already begun on the urban-inspired project. Model homes are expected to open in the spring, according to the news release.
Officials said homes will range from two to three stories and 1,474-2,054 square feet. Prairie-style architecture will meet modern farmhouse design with accents such as sliding barn doors, and homes will be situated around a shared courtyard entry drive.
“The floor plans are conceived with flexibility to suit a diverse range of homebuyer needs, whether the priority is an extra bedroom, home office or fitness room,” Vice President of Design for Chesmar Homes Jana Blackburn said in a statement. “At the same time, every floorplan is designed with beautiful outdoor patios and balconies to enjoy, and each will offer plenty of storage space.”
