The Courtyard Collection by Chesmar Homes will bring 110 homesites to Parkland Village in the coming months, officials with The Howard Hughes Corp. announced in an Oct. 25 news release.

Pre-sales have already begun on the urban-inspired project. Model homes are expected to open in the spring, according to the news release.

Officials said homes will range from two to three stories and 1,474-2,054 square feet. Prairie-style architecture will meet modern farmhouse design with accents such as sliding barn doors, and homes will be situated around a shared courtyard entry drive.

“The floor plans are conceived with flexibility to suit a diverse range of homebuyer needs, whether the priority is an extra bedroom, home office or fitness room,” Vice President of Design for Chesmar Homes Jana Blackburn said in a statement. “At the same time, every floorplan is designed with beautiful outdoor patios and balconies to enjoy, and each will offer plenty of storage space.” www.bridgeland.com
