Early voting for the Nov. 7 election started Oct. 23. According to data from the Harris County Clerk’s Office, 12,740 in-person votes were cast countywide on the first of 12 days of early voting.

• Harris County Emergency Services District 13 tax rate election

Harris County residents can cast their ballots at any polling location during early voting or on Election Day.

Early voting locations are open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Oct. 23-28 and Oct. 30-Nov. 3, and from noon-7 p.m. Oct. 29. Cy-Fair area polling locations include:

• Juergen’s Hall Community Center, 26026 Hempstead Highway, Cypress
• Richard and Meg Weekley Community Center, 8440 Greenhouse Road, Cypress
• Prairie View A&M University Northwest, 9449 Grant Road, Houston
• Jersey Village City Hall, 16327 Lakeview Drive, Jersey Village
