After four years in business off Hwy. 6, The Station Seafood Co. closed in late 2024. However, officials said they are “actively searching” for another location in northwest Houston where they can continue serving customers.

The details

What started as the Catfish Station food truck in 2004 became a drive-thru off FM 1960 in 2011. The business grew to more than a dozen Houston-area brick-and-mortar locations over the next several years, Community Impact previously reported, including one off Huffmeister Road in Cy-Fair.

Owner Tre Thomas eventually rebranded and launched The Station Seafood Co., offering the same cuisine from the Catfish Station off Hwy. 6 in Cy-Fair. The menu featured fried catfish, shrimp, wings, po' boys, gumbo, tacos and homemade sauces.
