Specializing in sweet and savory crepes, Sweet Paris Creperie & Café is set to open a new location in Cypress next year as part of Village Green at Bridgeland Central.

While the timeline is subject to change, Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation documents show the buildout process for the 2,585-square-foot site is set to begin this November.

On the menu

Crepe flavor options range from lemon and sugar, cookie butter and s’mores to chicken enchilada, Philly cheesesteak, and turkey, grapes and brie.

Waffles, breakfast items, soups, salads, paninis, espresso-based beverages, milkshakes, beer and wine are also on the menu.

Did you know?

The eatery originated in Houston’s Rice Village in 2012, and Sweet Paris now has nearly 20 locations in Texas, Florida, Minnesota and Mexico with additional locations on the way. This will be the first Cypress location.
