The menu includes classic pizzas, such as the Hawaiana, Patrona Supreme and Spinach Clasico, among others.
Latin-inspired variations include:
- Choriqueso: Cheese, chorizo and onions sprinkled over a spicy crema sauce and baked on maíz crust
- Diablo: Spicy marinara, pepperoni, jalapeños and cheese baked on fresh made dough
- Chicken Enchilada: Fire-roasted poblano cream sauce, cheese, grilled chicken and red onions baked and topped with cilantro
- Carne Asada: Grilled steak, poblano peppers, red onions and roasted tomatillo salsa verde baked on maíz crust and finished with cilantro
A grand opening event is scheduled for June 8. The first 86 guests will receive a yearlong buy-one-get-one-free deal, and a limited number of free T-shirts will also be available.
