Biff’s Banh Mi & Pho officials said the Vietnamese restaurant is slated to open by early July. With plans to open this summer, officials said they will be offering 20% off all dinners for a limited time.

Biff’s Banh Mi & Pho is a full-service restaurant with drive-thru services. Biff, the water buffalo mascot, honors Vietnam's national animal, officials said.

On the menu

Biff’s Banh Mi & Pho will serve Vietnamese cuisine from egg rolls and spring rolls to banh mi sandwiches, soups and beef stew. Other menu items include rice and noodles dishes, pho, bubble waffles, teas and smoothies.
