Sake Sushi N’ Ramen, the latest option for enjoyers of Willowbrook Mall’s food court, is now open, according to an April 3 email from mall management. The food counter features a menu of poke bowls; ramen; sushi rolls; and appetizers, such as Taiwanese popcorn chicken, gyoza and spring rolls. Sake Sushi N’ Ramen was originally expected to open last fall.
