Tosca Italian Gourmet, a Tuscan-themed bakery, has opened in a second Houston-area location, and plans are in place to celebrate with a grand opening on Jan. 14.

Founded by the Schiavo family, the menu offers croissants and focaccia as well as coffees, cakes and other baked goods, location manager Romina Marchiso said. The business also offers sandwiches and salads with Italian meats, charcuterie boards, pizzas, lasagna, meatballs and tiramisu, among other Italian cuisine.
