Along with innovations like The Kisser, guests will find wine, local beers and classic cocktails such as the Manhattan, Old-Fashioned and mojito on the menu. Owner Andy Adams said people are looking for experiences when they go out.

“We spend a lot of time creating our own cocktails in-house, much like our food,” he said. “We wanted to make things that were a little more exclusive to this establishment. My menu’s on paper so I can throw it away and make a new one the next day.”

The 21-and-older venue opened in December with live music on the weekends and a full kitchen serving up tapas-style dishes and pizzas for the table to share.
