New single-family homes are coming to Bridgeland Central in Cypress.

The Easthaven Collection is a series of homes offering urban-inspired architecture and a focus on outdoor living, officials with Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. said in an April 10 news release.

The details

Homebuilders David Weekley Homes and Brightland Homes will begin construction this summer, offering 55- and 62-foot homesites. Officials said the urban design approach encourages engagement with neighbors.

Floor plans range from 2,500-3,150 square feet with two to four bedrooms. Each home will have dual-access garages that open to private backyards. Homesites are available for presale now.

This collection will be located within Bridgeland Central, the 925-acre town center, with shops and restaurants within walking distance, officials said. The neighborhood will also feature two parks.

What they’re saying

“We continually evolve home design to meet the changing needs of residents—an intentional approach that has helped shape The Woodlands and now, Bridgeland,” Jim Carman, president of the Houston Region at Howard Hughes, said in a statement. “With the Easthaven Collection, we’re building on that commitment—introducing a more urban-inspired single-family offering that reflects how today’s buyers want to live and supports our vision for a dynamic, walkable town center.”
