Fewer than 1,000 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in the past seven days across the 10 ZIP codes within Cy-Fair ISD boundaries. The community had 2,379 active cases as of March 9—the lowest number of active cases since before late November, when cases began to rise amid the holiday season.

According to Harris County Public Health, Cy-Fair has had 50,785 recoveries and 275 deaths related to COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic about a year ago.
