As of Feb. 9, more than 48,100 COVID-19 cases have been confirmed across the 10 ZIP codes that fall within Cy-Fair ISD’s boundaries. This includes 6,144 active cases, 41,717 recoveries and 243 deaths, according to Harris County Public Health.

In the past seven days, 1,924 new cases have been confirmed locally, and seven Cy-Fair residents have died due to the virus. However, active cases are down by about 20% week over week.
