As of Oct. 23, at least 21,388 COVID-19 cases have been confirmed across the 10 ZIP codes that fall within Cy-Fair ISD’s boundaries. This includes 1,706 active cases, 19,500 recoveries and 182 deaths, according to Harris County Public Health.
