Thomas Perrin said he has plans to open a new Beans & Brew Coffee House location in Cypress during the first quarter of next year.

The details

According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the new location will be in a 1,200-square-foot newly constructed building and will include a bathroom and kitchen. The project is estimated to cost $100,000.

Thomas Perrin said he is excited to open a new Beans & Brews location alongside his wife Ashley Perrin, a Houston native. In addition to the Cypress location, the couple recently opened a Katy location on Franz Road.
