A new location of Purple Dragon, an international martial arts dojo, will celebrate a grand opening of its 17505 Telge Road, Ste. 103, Cypress, location Feb. 18 at 11 a.m.

Grandmaster Professor Don Jacob, founder and creator of the Purple Dragon Don Jitsu Ryu System, is expected to attend the celebration. Shihan Liselle Griffith will operate the Texas branch, bringing her nearly 40 years of martial arts experience to Cypress.

The international organization has schools throughout the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom and the Caribbean. Dragon classes will be available for children and adults, and cardio kickboxing and self-defense classes will also be offered. www.purpledragontexas.com
