Owner Jane Lim told Community Impact she's excited to bring more Korean options to the Jersey Village area, as she's seen Korean dishes grow in popularity in recent years.

Lim said Seoulside balances sweet, savory and spicy flavors in dishes including Cupbap, double-fried Korean wings and loaded kimchi fries.

Looking back

Seoulside Wings opened as a food truck in 2019 and has since developed a large social media following. Lim said they started serving customers in Korea Town in Spring Branch before traveling around Houston.

Seoulside will continue to serve customers through its food truck at Kirby Ice House in Spring Branch throughout the month, Lim said, as well as the Conservatory Dining Hall, Bar & Lounge in the Galleria.

"We've experienced some great success at the Conservatory and we plan to continue serving there, but we do look forward to having more individual locations that will afford us the flexibility to be more competitive with our pricing and offerings," Lim said.
