Founded in 2013 as a mobile food truck, Cupbop owner Junghun Song aims to provide an accessible way for individuals to get a taste of Korean food and culture. Cupbop provides cup-style bowls of Korean food with rice, vegetables and a customer's choice of protein such as beef, chicken and tofu.
