Home prices have risen year over year across the Cy-Fair community while the number of homes sold declined, according to data provided by Boutwell Properties.

The overall community’s average home price increased from $332,966 in June 2021-May 2022 to $361,833 in June 2022-May 2023. The largest percentage increase in home prices was seen in ZIP code 77433, and the smallest percentage increase was seen in 77429.The number of homes sold year over year in Cy-Fair dropped from 6,667 in June 2021-May 2022 to 5,338 in June 2022-May 2023. The largest percentage drop in homes sold was seen in 77065 while the smallest percentage decrease was in 77433.Homes spent more time on the market year over year, going from an average of 15.7 days in June 2021-May 2022 to 27.3 days in June 2022-May 2023.
