Texas-based homebuilder Chesmar Homes recently opened new model homes in Parkland Village, part of the master-planned community of Bridgeland. The Courtyard Collection will bring 110 new homesites to the community, according to a May 9 news release from The Howard Hughes Corp.

The Courtyard Collection features homes with two- and three-story floor plans, ranging in size from 1,474-2,054 square feet. Homes are available for immediate move-in with seven different floor plans starting from the low $300,000s, according to a news release.

“Offering an assortment of housing types for varying stages of life is one of the hallmarks of living in a true master-planned community,” said Steve Sams, senior vice president of master-planned communities residential for The Howard Hughes Corp., in a statement. “The Courtyard Collection is excellent for families seeking a home inspired by urban living with best-in-class amenities, educational offerings and proximity to retail options that will be coming soon to Bridgeland.”

Bridgeland offers 3,000 acres of parks, lakes, trails and green space, and the new homes will offer access to Canyon Crossing Park nearby once it is completed this summer, officials said. It will feature a modern play structure complete with a shaded canopy as well as Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant play and seating areas.
