The developers aim to attract businesses from the northwest region, offering them easy access to the Houston metro area, as well as Dallas and Austin, per the release.
The buildable area for the Prologis Legacy Ranch project is ranging from 250,000 to 5 million square feet, according to the release.
As of press time, officials with Prologis have not confirmed a construction timeline for the project.
