Marvida, a master-planned community in Cypress, is expected to open its amenity village, The Island, in September, officials with the community confirmed in June.

The 180,000-square-foot complex will be located at 21133 Pacifica Shores Drive, Cypress, and will consist of the following amenities:
  • Splash pad
  • Resort-style pool
  • Tennis, bocce, basketball and volleyball courts
  • Dog park
  • Communal firepit
  • Lazy river
Residents can also access a range of amenities offered at Marvida’s sister communities, including Miramesa, Bridge Creek and Canyon Lakes West, according to the community.

Marvida is located north of FM 529, west of Fry Road and east of the Grand Parkway. The community is expected to have a total of 2,500 homes upon completion.
