Home sales rose year over year in December in the Conroe and Montgomery area, according to market data provided by local real estate firm

The median price of homes sold year over year in December increased in six of the eight ZIP codes in the Conroe and Montgomery area. 77304 saw the largest percentage increase of 18.32%—going from $327,500 to $387,500.
Of the homes that sold in December in Conroe and Montgomery, 43.4% of them were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
Also of note Year over year in December, the average time homes spent on the market in the Conroe and Montgomery area rose in seven of the eight area ZIP codes. The largest percentage increase was in 77304 at 59.3%—homes went from spending an average of 86 days on the market last December to 137 days on the market this December.
