In six of the eight Conroe and Montgomery-area ZIP codes, the median home price saw an increase year over year in May. 77356 saw the largest percentage increase of 16.47%—going from $425,000 to $495,000.
Of the homes that sold in May in Conroe and Montgomery, 57.3% of them were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
