The Montgomery County Project Linus chapter is celebrating its 15th anniversary, member Pam Armand confirmed. The chapter, which started in November 2009, is a part of the national nonprofit Project Linus.

The Montgomery County chapter makes blankets to children in The Woodlands-area hospitals and facilities, who are ill, traumatized or in need. Armand said since its beginning, the Montgomery County chapter has grown to over 100 volunteers.
