A.L. Party Creations, a new balloon business, is coming soon to 1108 N. Loop 336 W., Ste. R, Conroe, at the storefront that was previously Barbara's Resale Shop, according to city documents.

The store will offer Gemar-brand balloons, and there will be a balloon bar that offers balloon bouquets for delivery or pickup, owner Angelica Espinoza said in a Facebook message. Helium will be available for rental and purchase, and the shop will host classes for balloon techniques and how to make balloon decorations. A website, phone number and opening date are not yet available, but the inspector for the occupancy permit visited the store Dec. 3, Espinoza said.
