Suds Car Wash and Lube buys Suds Grand Prix in Conroe

Suds Car Wash and Lube has purchased Suds Grand Prix, a car wash and lube center located at 4203 W. Davis St. in Conroe, according to an Aug. 11 news release from Newcor, the commercial real estate company that represented the seller.


The facility consists of 9,200 square feet of car care service areas on 1.37 acres, three lube bays, an automated car wash tunnel, a storefront and a resting area.

“The new ownership intends to continue and improve the business and service of this Conroe all-in-one vehicle maintenance facility,” said David Alexander, principal at Newcor Commercial Real Estate, in the news release. 936-539-9274. www.sudscarwashconroe.com

Annie's Angels Personal Home Care now open in Conroe

Annie's Angels Personal Home Care opened Aug. 1 at 610 N. Loop 336 E., Ste. 104, Conroe. The company provides companion car and personal assistance services to seniors and disabled adults in Conroe and surrounding areas in Montgomery County. The company had originally tried to open March 15 but was forced to delay due to the pandemic.
