Kelsey-Seybold Clinic will acquire Conroe Family Medicine on March 2, according to a press release. The location will be renamed Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Conroe and will serve as the 24th Kelsey-Seybold location in the Greater Houston area.

"We are pleased to join Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and offer patients the added benefits that come with being a part of the Kelsey-Seybold network, including a highly coordinated and collaborative approach to patient care and greater levels of convenience and access to care as well as additional care options,” said Jack Pieniazek, founder of Conroe Family Medicine. “This is the kind of care I want for my own family, and I’m so happy to be bringing the sustainability of the accountable care model to the Conroe community and to patients who live and work here.”
