Conroe City Council is set to meet March 12, to discuss possible leadership changes at City Hall and to vote on whether to allow a trap-neuter-release program for feral cats within city limits.

Council is slated to consider accepting the resignation of City Attorney Michael Garner and the retirement of Norman McGuire, assistant city administrator and director of public works, effective March 27, according to the agenda.
In a separate item tied to executive session, the council could take action to end the executive employment contracts of City Administrator Gary Scott; Nancy Mikeska, deputy city administrator and community development director; McGuire and Human Resources Director Andre Houser, along with possible contractual payments.
