Feb. 5: Warm up at a chili cook-off



The Montgomery County Fair Association and Union Processing Systems will be warming up in the cold weather with the Scholarship Chili Cook-off. Scholarships are awarded to Montgomery County seniors pursuing further education after high school as well as awards for youth in fair programs. Awards will also be given for the chili, bloody mary, and cornhole competitions. 7 a.m.-8:30 a.m. (check-in and setup), 10 a.m. (cornhole tournament begins), noon (bloody mary contest), 2 p.m. (chili contest), 4:30 p.m. (awards).
