Conroe ISD board trustees approved the guaranteed maximum prices for several projects during its Oct. 15 meeting.

The board approved the guaranteed maximum price for the following ongoing projects presented by Assistant Superintendent Chris McCord.
- $43.8 million for the Ford and Creighton Elementary schools’ additions and renovations done by Tellepsen Builders
- $39.72 million for the Hailey and Buckalew Elementary schools’ additions and renovations done by Tellepsen Builders
- $23.81 million for the Knox Junior High School renovation done by Satterfield & Pontikes Construction
“I just want to say how excited I am about the Knox Junior High renovations. They have been due for a while and I look forward to seeing how we create a much brighter and just a more exciting learning experience,” trustee Theresa Wagaman said.
