The Noodle Korean BBQ & Tea Bar general manager Christine Prasitdamrong said Jason Li opened the Korean restaurant in April 2023 and brought her along shortly after to manage the restaurant.

“We're not just here to deliver food to the table. We're here to ensure that you have an amazing experience and that you'll remember us—even if you do forget what the food tastes like, you will not forget the conversation we've had,” Prasitdamrong said.

What's special about it

With 17 years of experience in hospitality in New Zealand and the U.S., Prasitdamrong said she was introduced to the restaurant during the soft opening stages when her son hyped up the ramen he’d had at the Korean restaurant.

Located in a 3,800-square-foot space, The Noodle Korean BBQ & Tea Bar is an Asian fusion restaurant focusing on quality and presentation with an upbeat ambiance with music and decorated Korean dishes.

Prasitdamrong said the restaurant staff is trained to provide consistent quality food cooked to perfection every time.
