PJ’s Coffee has opened a new location in Montgomery, a representative of the company confirmed. Owned by local franchisees Ivonne and Lenny Sims, the coffeehouse chain offers a variety of hot and iced coffee drinks alongside food items such as beignets, muffins and croissants, according to its website.
