First Watch, a restaurant chain serving breakfast, brunch and lunch, will be opening at 12360 I-45, Willis, according to Lacey Martin, the vice president of marketing for Mac Haik Restaurant Group.

The restaurant, which will be 3,820 square feet and feature a covered patio, is aiming for an August opening, Martin said.

Alongside a rotating seasonal menu, customers will be able to expect dishes, such as avocado toast, lemon ricotta pancakes and breakfast tacos, Martin said.
